On the title page there is a restriction on the poets and their classes and whoever cites it. Khusraw wrote it to Al-Qadi in the year 1221 AH, in addition to a title in the name of Muhammad Raghib, the owner of the Raghibiya school in Amed, and on paper 1b there is a restriction on an endowment in which the endowment Muhammad Raghib bin Masoud Effendi, known as Kujak Ahmad, entrusted it to his son, Sibghatullah, then “over our male children, then to the scholars of Amed” and placed it in the House of Books that is “in my Raghibiya school,” and it follows. The endowment restriction was authenticated by Judge Muhammad Izzat, judge in Amed, of the authenticity of the endowment. The copy also bears the date of its classification (folio 91b) and its text: ((I finished paving this fortified fortress from the words of the Master of Messengers on Sunday afternoon, the twenty-second of Dhu al-Hijjah, in the year seven hundred and ninety-one, in my school that I established in Ras Aqaba al-Kattan inside Damascus)).
