Notes
The first page is decorated at the top with gilded and colored drawings and decorations. The external size is 22.6 x 15.6 cm. Its leaves are disassembled. Its incomplete beginning has no opening or introduction. I wrote the words “He said,” “He said,” and the like, in red ink. The ground has destroyed many of its leaves, especially its edges. The beginning of the manuscript: His saying that he opened his free book, that is, the book that is destined in the mind if the sermon is primary, and the verified one if it is the subsequent one, and the opening is the export and the meaning of opening the book is praise after naming with the name, that is, after the opening. The people of Basra, some of them are righteous and some of them are not, and what is meant is that Basra is a comprehensive Egypt. It was completed with God’s help and good success, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions until the Day of Judgment.
