21.4 x 13.7 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the Knower of the hidden, knowledgeable of secrets and intentions...etc. It contains many tables used in astronomy, devoid of decoration. However, the text in folios Ibb to 8b is written within a black frame, and the manuscript includes some pictures of the stars, complete and good. The manuscript bears a date of 966 AH, which does not agree with the ink and paper. Copied by: Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad bin Omar Al-Althi. End of the manuscript: containing the forty-eight questions on the shapes of sand by Al-Zanati. |
