A good copy, and also missing from the end of it a chapter on the rights of the mosque, and perhaps from the work of the copyist. Within the collection (1-61a), the headings of the poverty are in red, and above some of the words are written in red, and in some of the margins there are explanations and comments, and it has stains that damaged the tops of the papers. At the beginning of it appears an ownership record and stamp in the name of Mustafa bin Muhammad Pasha, Governor of Egypt in the year 1114 AH, and another ownership record and stamp in the name of Mahmoud bin Muhammad. Pasha, it is noted that the current numbering of the papers omits the first folio, and folio No. (24) as well.

... فصل في زلة القاري ... قال الإمام فخر الدين رحمه الله في فتاواه إذا خفف المشدد لا تفسد صلاته إلا في قول رب العالمين أو قرأ إياك نعبد بغير تشديد تفسد صلاته وعامة المشايخ على أن ترك المد والتشديد بمنزلة الخطأ في الإعراب وهو لا تفسد الصلاة في قول المتأخرين ولو قرأ إذا تليها أو أقرأ أفعيينا بالتشديد لا تفسد صلاته والله أعلم بالصواب.
