Notes	A complete, good, modern copy. The headings of the poverty, issues, and interest are in red, and some of the margins have corrections, and the leaves are loose. The copyist indicated that he copied this copy of his from the copy of Ahmad Bey Al-Husseini, and because the latter was not complete, he completed it from the copy of Sheikh Mustafa Al-Hakim, one of the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and his copy is dated the year 1326 AH.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... وعليه العمل كما لو حكم بنفسه تغير إجتهاده تغيرا لا يقتضي النقص ثم ترافع إليه غرماء الواقعة التي حكم فيها بمضي حكمه الأول وان أدى إجتهاده إلى أن غيره أصوب كذا ذكره الرافعي في كتاب القضاء والله أعلم تم كتاب التمهيد والله المستعان قال مؤلفه رحمه الله فرغت من تحريره في أواخر سنة ثمان وستين وسبعمائة سوى أشياء ألحقتها بعد ذلك.
