It is noted that the current numbering of the leaves has omitted the first sheet. The name of the copyist and the date of copying have been inferred from the letter that follows the letter that we have in our hands in the collection, which agrees with it in all the material features in terms of نوع الورق والخط وألوان المداد المستخدمة في الكتابة.
