30.6 x 21.9 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The Book of Leases. This book includes eleven chapters. The first is in the introduction and contains issues of the obligation of rent and issues of the right of confinement. The second is about the validity and invalidity of the lease and includes the terms by which the lease is concluded. The third is about renting loss and real estate.. wet and land. It has an impact on the text in some places. It has some corrections. It has some explanations, footnotes, and quotes. From other sources, I found it on the original and on another copy. The chapter titles and some words and phrases were written in red ink, and the rest of the text in black ink, on the paper from 228/b to 230/a, some sayings, hadiths, and fatwas. The first pages were restored in a primitive manner that did not affect the text. Copy: Ahmed bin Ali bin Omar. End of the manuscript: ..
