Notes	The text was written in black ink in general, and some issues, chapter titles, and paragraphs were written in red ink. The text was written on European paper, which shows parallel lines and the trademark watermark, which is three consecutive crescents. The text is heavy with footnotes and comments in brown and black ink. One of the owners of the manuscript says ((The completion of the filling of this blessed book was at noon on Sunday, perhaps the fourth month of Rabi’ al-Akhir in the year 1173, in the handwriting of its poor, unjust owner seeking refuge from the torment of the Day of Blaze, the poorest of servants. God, and those most in need of it, Sayyid ibn Salah ibn Muhammad ibn Nasser Abi Qasim, may God be gracious to him)) Among other possessions (these blessed obligations were in the possession of Ali ibn Ahmad al-Mujahid in the month of Rajab in the year 1325) and the manuscript contains a unique text, which is a contract for the sale of the manuscript (Sayyid Muhammad ibn al-Sayyid Hussein Salah came and sold to the poor boy Khalil al-Din / Ali Abd al-Haseeb al-Fasi this book, the book of the jewel of the obligations / with an offer and acceptance and together in a council The contract is the seller’s statement: I sold and the buyer bought / for a known price of half a penny... Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Al-Muhayshi testified, including Ahmed bin Youssef Hamid, may God be kind to him, and Nasser Al-Muhaishi testified, including Al-Faqir Abdullah bin Zaid, and the last two pages. They contain a text of the supplication of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib, in a pen different from that of the copyist.
