Notes Its earth, moisture, and wetness 24.6 x 18.2 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The sale, as he said, indicates consent, was made by the latter, such that the fool was blind, etc. The deaf, blind person is not impossible to refer to from him, but it is impossible from the blind and deaf person. Therefore, it was said in the collected documents that it is permissible to sell a deaf-mute person, and if he was blind and deaf, it is not permissible to pledge allegiance to him.. He is an answerer to supplications, the Hearer, may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
