The copy has been interviewed, and the title page shows an ownership record in the name of Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Asadi, and an endowment stamp in the name of Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... وقوله حكى ابن حزم الإجماع على أن من تتبع الرخص فاسق مردود بما أفتى به المتفق على علمه وصلاحه عز الدين بن عبد السلام قال في جامع فتاويه ... ومن كل مجتهد مصيبا فلا إنكار على من قلد في الصواب انتهى وهو مشتمل على تحقيق جيد في هذا المعنى والله أعلم بالصواب ... قال مؤلفه وكان الفراغ من تعليقه في يوم السابع عشر من شهر رمضان عام سبع وتسعين وثمانمائة وكان الشروع فيه أواخر شعبان من السنة المذكورة.
