Notes
A complete copy, written in black ink, some of its words written in red ink, and the margins have comments, explanations, and notes. At the beginning of the copy appears a endowment entry and a seal in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH. On the title page, an ownership record appears in the name of Hamouda Tawfiq. At the end of it is a treatise perforated from the beginning to the end on human organs and medicine in the same handwriting of the copyist. It is located in (6) pages, the author of which was completed. The year is 823 AH, and the leaves are affected by moisture and loose soil.

... ومن هنا قيل لأمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه أمير النحل هذا آخر ما انتهى إليه الغرض مما يحصل به في هذا الشأن الاكتفاء وختم بسيد النحل الذي استخرج الله تعالى من لعابه العسل والشمع وجعل أحدهما ضياء والآخر شفاء وابتدئ بملك الوحش الذي منه الشجاعة تقتفي وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد النبي المصطفى ورضي الله عن آله وعترته وصحبه أهل الفضل والوفا وحسبنا الله وكفى.
