Notes A precious copy included in the collection (1b - 66b), in which the author mentioned his chain of transmission and methods in the seven recitations and others. The text was written in dark, viscous black ink, on a Levantine-made pen made of cotton and the fibers of flax stems. The author appended the Sheikh’s acknowledgment of his authorization, which he also appended with a conclusion (folio 63b - 66b), and this is its copy: ((Praise be to God who He made us among the bearers of his book and organized us into the ranks of his family and loved ones... And after that, the righteous sheikh... Taqi al-Din Abi al-Sadiq Abu Bakr bin al-Sheikh al-Salih Burhan al-Din Abi Ishaq Ibrahim bin al-Sheikh al-Salih Taqi al-Din Abi Bakr, known as Ibn Shaykhun, the Hanbali reciter... when his heart was filled with the love of knowledge... and he devoted his attention to the seven recitations... he went to me and hesitated, that is, he stayed with me and worked on me and recited the Great Qur’an to me... and it was the seal of this blessed and honorable seal. The venerable auspicious month on the eighth of the sacred month of Dhul-Hijjah of the months of the year one hundred and eighty forty-eight, and I gave him permission and permitted him to recite and to recite to whomever he wished... This was said by Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yunus al-Kilani al-Shafi’i)), and the authoritative also attached to it the authentication of Sheikh Ibrahim ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad ibn Qadi Ajloun, who wrote his authentication at the bottom of the authorization, and this is its copy: ((Praise be to God and His peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen.) The Imam made me witness, the honor of the eminent reciters, the pride of the scholars of Islam, the hadith reciter... in what he mentioned and stated regarding the recitation and the approval of the person referred to in it, who is the scholarly sheikh... the reciter, Abu Al-Sadiq Abu Bakr bin Al-Sheikh Al-Salih Burhan Al-Din Ibrahim bin Abi Bakr bin Shaykhun Al-Hanbali. May God grant him satisfaction with what he taught on the eighth month of Dhul-Hijjah of the months of the year one hundred and eighty forty-eight. And Fakir wrote, may God pardon Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad bin Qadi Ajloun, forgive him. May God bless them with His blessings and generosity, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions.) It appears that the authorization and testimony are in the handwriting of Ibn Shaykhun al-Hanbali, in addition to Ibn Taymiyyah’s answer to the question of Tawaf and Umrah. The copy bears a unique ownership in the name of Abdul Salam bin Ahmed, dated 1060 AH. The copy was severely wet, which led to the appearance of mold spots on its first leaves in particular, but all of this did not greatly affect the clarity of the text.
