Notes Earth, humidity and wetness, 27 x 17.5 cm, complete copy. Its pages are tabulated in red ink. With it, chapters, chapters, and warning lines were written. The upper part of the first leaves was eroded and the text was handed over. Some of the copy papers had an increased rate of oxidation, which led to them cracking. The copy is corrected and includes comments. The first contains two indexes of the book's contents, one of which uses the colors blue and green in addition to red, and the other is an index in tables. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.. The Imam Judge.. Al-Hassan bin Mansour said.. The end of the manuscript: On the authority of Abu Bakr al-Balkhi, may God have mercy on him, he was asked about a person who has been seized to endow his estate. He said his endowment is invalid unless the judge permits him, so he said. Abu Al-Qasim, may God have mercy on him, it is not permissible to stop it, even if the judge gives him permission. They issued a fatwa under the pretext of interdiction for a free adult, as is the doctrine of Abu Yusuf and Muhammad, may God Almighty have mercy on them, and God knows best what is right, and to Him is the return and the return.
