Notes	A complete copy. The text was written in glossy black ink as a whole, while the titles of chapters and chapters and the names of medicines were in red ink. The text itself was written within a double frame in red ink, 16.5 x 11.5 cm. The footnotes are crowded with comments and titles, some of them in the copyist’s handwriting. The text was written on European paper with parallel lines and commercial watermarks consisting of three consecutive crescents. The style of writing the letters follows the Moroccan-Andalusian school in terms of the dryness of the letter and the roundness of the cups of the last letters in it. Of course, this is due to the copyist being Moroccan in addition to being a wise man. However, the syllables and dots here are in the Eastern style, which confirms that the copy was written in the eastern Islamic world and that the wise man lived for a period of time in one of his countries. The title page bears, in a late pen, the text (The Book of the Mayor of Reform to the Industries of Algebra and Surgeons), and the Iraqi Museum’s copy bears the title (The Mayor of Surgeons), and the veins of the owner of the heritage relics are under the title (The Mayor in the Industry of Surgery). The title page contains the text of a reading: - A book of a proud mayor, ~ I walked in the transmission ~ It was read on the seventh of Safar ~ A famous history of Zand, and under the noon (Zand) there are two dots, so if you read Zayd, it will be 21, and if you read it, it will be 21. Noun is 61, and the word “mushtur” is counted as 945. Therefore, the date of reading is either 966 or 1006, which in both cases is an error, as the copyist indicated that he finished it in 1143 AH.
