At the beginning of the copy appears an ownership record in the name of Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Damnati, dated 1373 AH. It is an explanation of the systems of Abu Bakr bin Asim Al-Gharnati, who died in the year 829 AH. It is called Tuhfat Al-Hakam fi Nakat Al-Aqdat Al-Ahkam, and is known by its abbreviation as Al-Asamiyya in Judiciary.
