And after that, it was narrated on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, said: Whoever memorizes forty hadiths from my nation... I chose what is in his wording as apparent eloquence, and in its meaning there is a clear indication of the authenticity of its chain of transmission based on ijtihad in some issues... The first hadith: Peace before speech, It was included by Al-Tirmidhi on the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, with a chain of transmission traceable back to the Prophet. The author of Al-Hidaya fi Al-Tajnis said: If a person comes to the door of a person’s house...||He said, “Whoever memorizes forty hadiths about my nation regarding worldly matters, God will raise him on the Day of Resurrection to the company of jurists and scholars... He will bear traces of his earth and burns at the end of the manuscript: ...And it was said that all divorces should not be sealed at once until nothing remains of them, but divorces of the Sunnah should be divorced.” Here are his words. Do not assume that the last meaning is rejected by his saying, “No emancipation,” for the aforementioned meaning does not apply to emancipation.
