Within the collection (11b-15b), a complete copy, written in black ink, appears on the page preceding the beginning of the letter with a stop sign and a seal with the name Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina, in the year 1320 AH. This letter contains fatwas from some Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafi’i sheikhs.
