Notes
A complete, modern copy corresponding to the original from which it was copied, as appears in the corrections to the interview. And its symbols are fixed in its footnotes. The text was generally written in black, tangy, watery ink, and the copyist used red ink to write “He told us” and green ink to write the chapters on a French-made, satin white ink in which only the parallel lines appear on the title page. A number of ownership restrictions, some of which were intentionally blurred, among which are apparent:
1- Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Khalil in the month of Dhul-Hijjah in the year 1215 AH.
2- Suleiman bin Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab
3- Zamil bin Muhammad bin Banyan
4- Ibrahim bin Yahya bin Ibrahim Al-Qurashi, known as Al-Alfi. It also contains a restriction of hearing and recitation of Al-Shawkani, and this is its text: “Praise be to God, I began to recite this part... to the imam of the scholars Al-Bahr... the judge, the learned scholar Al-Nahrir, Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad Al-Shawkani, may God protect him, on the night of Tuesday, the nineteenth of the month of Ramadan, in the year 1215 AH. At the end of it, the hearing and reading of Ibrahim Al-Alfi was restricted to Ismail Al-Amir, and the following is their text: “He reached the recitation of my master, the scholar Izz Al-Islam, Muhammad bin Ismail. The Prince, may God Almighty protect him,” “Praise be to God for running out. Our seal was to hear Sahih Bukhari, may God Almighty have mercy on him, upon our Master and Sheikh, the best sign of time and glory of Islam, Muhammad bin Ismail, the Prince, may God Almighty protect him, to hear a reading dictated by some of Fath al-Bari and related books on the language.... The seal coincided on Tuesday, the second of Shawwal, in the year one thousand seventy-one, 1171, written by Al-Faqir to his master, Ibrahim bin Yahya Al-Qurashi, may God grant him success. Balalfi, “The pages of the copy are disassembled and loosely bound, so they are in dire need of re-binding.
