Severe weather affected the text. 19.1 x 13.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The servant who lacked God’s help, Lutfullah, the son of Maulana Shuja’ al-Din, said, “May God direct his heart toward what pleases Him... When some of the dearest and most honorable brothers were reading it according to Al-Fadil’s explanation. The manuscript was restored at the King Faisal Research Center. A word he said and his saying are in red and the explanation is in black ink. The manuscript is incomplete (truncated at the end).” The end of the manuscript is not clear due to the extensive spread of the ground on it. The skin is decorated with a pressed medallion with some corrections. It contains some explanations and comments. In another copy, it was met at the end of the manuscript: This is the basis of proof... because the fact that a thing is a cause... only fulfills the first thing...
