Notes
25.8 x 15 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the Most Forbearing, the All-Knowing, and thanks be to God, the Most High, the Great, who created creation with His heroism and distinguished mankind with His grace. As for what follows, the poor man says to his Almighty Lord, Ata Allah Muhammad. The sheikhs of Islam have used me. May God Almighty place them in His Paradise. In serving the fatwa, I spent most of my time following the fatwas. I collected the issues circulating among the people and arranged books and chapters for them.. Some The indexes attributed these fatwas to Muhammad Ata Allah, known as Noi Zadeh, who died in the year 1044 AH, and we did not find anyone who attributed them to him in his translation. Some other indexes attributed them to Muhammad Ata Allah without referring to his death. The pages of the copy were tabulated in red ink, with which I wrote the titles of the chapters, warning lines, and restrictions on the footnotes. The beginning page was tabulated in gold, and the top was decorated with an ornate, gilded, and colored ornament. The copy is corrected, and on its footnotes are comments and restrictions from the investigations.||On its cover is a possession of Muhammad bin Issa, the Mufti of the city of Konya, with his seal, and at the beginning of the volume is an index of the books and chapters of the copy. Dampness and wetness End of the manuscript: Chapter on a man’s spending on a building and sheltering his wife.. Muhammad said that originally a man claimed a property in the hands of a man who had a property without land that it was his own.. and it is assumed that he bought the property along with the land and then sold the land alone and left the property for himself.. in al-Muhit on the seventh of the property..
