The beginning of the manuscript: .. the perfection of his countenance, and the glory of his majesty, there is no god but God.. but after the praise of God, Glory be to Him.. I turned to a noble sign whose command is wisdom and whose obedience is sheep, with a commentary on the papers in the principles of jurisprudence attributed to the scholar Imam of the Two Holy Mosques, Abi Al-Ma’ali... There are some quotes on Q. 1/A. The papers and notebooks are torn from the skin. Moisture on some of the papers did not affect the text, and there are holes that affected some of the words. There were many corrections on them that were accepted on another copy. The end of the manuscript: If the ruler exerts his efforts and rules correctly, he has two rewards, and if he rules and makes a mistake, he has one reward, and God Almighty knows best.
