Notes	31.8 x 22.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The Book of Sale: It is one of the opposites. It is said: He sold such-and-such if he took it out of his ownership and brought it into it. In the report, peace be upon him, he said: A man should not propose to his brother, nor should he sell according to his brother’s proposal. Some of the papers and bindings are disassembled and separated from the skin. Some of the papers and bindings were completed at a later time in a different handwriting, and some of the papers were left blank to complete a deficiency in the manuscript. They are from Q. 53-61, 169, and 178. There are tears in some of the pages from Q. 175-177, 238, 286, 288, 355. It has corrections with explanations and footnotes copied from the books of the other Hanafi branches. It was copied on the original and on another copy. The end of the manuscript is: .. and on what they had of eight, because its origin is six and counts to eight. So if the sister fulfills her share, which is three, five remain, and if she made it as if it had not been, it would have been between Six and count them to seven, and a share remains for the gang. And God Almighty knows best
