Notes	A modern copy, the text of which was written before the name of the person seeking permission was recorded in it in a different script. The text was written in black and dark tan ink entirely within individual tables in red. The copyist used red ink to write the date of copying only, on a Turkish-made, dark-coloured letterhead devoid of any lines or watermarks. The authorizing Sheikh appended his approval with the following text: ((The poor man engraved him to the mercy of his Almighty Lord, the dust of the feet of the scholars and the glued servant of the Sharia.) Yusuf Wasfi bin Ibrahim Al-Akhsanjawi (may God pardon him), purchased by the Deanship of Library Affairs at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University from the Dutch Berl Foundation, Blaiden.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	(( نحمد [ك] اللهم يا من أحاط بكل شيء علماً ونصب مصنوعاته على كمال قدرته علماً ... وبعد فإن من المعقول عند كل عاقل بل من المشهور نظر كل عاقل أن أجزاء العالم منحصره في جواهر وأعراض وبكل منهما يتعلق بعض الأعراض فمنهم من يريد عرض الأدنى ومنهم من يريد عرض الأخرى له أخرى ... ومنهم العالم العامل ... بلال أفندي بن إبراهيم الأخسنجوي ... أجزته إجازة عامة بأن يروي ما يصح روايته عني ويسند إلي ما وقع ابتدائه مني في أي وقت شاء في أي مكان شاء وعلى أي شخص شاء بشرط أن يراعي الشروط المعتبرة عند أهل الرواية والدراية...)).
