An incomplete copy of the last one. It was written in black ink, the titles were written in blue ink, the text of the Millennium was written in red ink, the poetic evidence was written in broad black ink, and some of the margins have comments and corrections. The author of Kashf al-Zunun (1/152) attributed it incorrectly to Al-Shamni Taqi al-Din Ahmad ibn Muhammad (d. 872 AH). The leaves are greatly affected by moisture, especially the last leaves, as it damaged the text.
