Notes	A complete copy, written in black ink, with the names of the surahs of the Holy Qur’an and the warning lines above the interpreted verses, and the tabulation of the pages in red ink. Some of the margins contain comments, corrections, and explanations, some of which came between the lines. An incomplete index of the names of the surahs interpreted in this part appears at the beginning of the copy. It was registered as an endowment in the Al-Kuttab Khan al-Majidiyah in Mecca in the year 1266 AH, and stamped with the name of the bookstore of Sultan Abdul Majeed Khan. And another seal is not clear, and at the end of the copy appears an endowment entry from the copyist called Ahmad Al-Quraymi, with the condition that he not leave Mecca or be sold. The governor was appointed by his brother Omar Effendi, and after his brother’s death, he was placed in the school of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Naqshbandi, and that was in the year 1261 AH.
