Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... قال بعضهم من سئل عن عشر مسائل مثلا فيصيب في الثمانية ويخطيء في البقية فهو مجتهد وقال بعضهم لابد للإجتهاد من حفظ المبسوط ومعرفة الناسخ والمنسوخ والمحكم والمأول والعلم بعبارات الناس وعرفهم وإن كانت المسألة في غير ظاهر الروايات إن كانت توافق أصول أصحابنا يعمل بها وإن لم يجد لها رواية عن أصحابنا واتفق فيها المتأخرون على شيء يعمل به وإن اختلفوا يجتهد ويفتى بما هو صواب عنده.
