Notes
A complete copy, included in the collection (68b - 210b), written in black ink. The annotated text is highlighted in red ink, with comments and minor corrections in the margin. This manuscript is an explanation on the compositions of Abu Bakr bin Asim Al-Gharnati, who died in the year 829 AH. It is called Tuhfat al-Hikam fi Nukat al-Aqwad al-Ahkam and is known by its abbreviation as al-Asimiya fi al-Qadha. The correct name of the author, his surname, his nickname, and his lineage were inferred from comparing what was in the manuscript with other copies in various libraries due to the lack of finding a translation of it through searching in various biographies. It is noted that there is a slight difference in the first word mentioned in the title, as it came in the other copies (Washi) and in the title of the introduction to our copy (Farsh), and we have proven what is consistent with the other copies.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)
