Within the collection (47b-92b), an incomplete copy of the last one, written in black ink, and the titles written in large bold font, The Treatise on Marriage and Divorce, the two folios (83-84) of the collection as if they were inserted out of place, it is possible that these satisfactory questions are by Muhammad Al-Kharoubi Al-Qala’i, who died in the year 1279 AH.
