Notes	Within the collection (pp. 4-16), there is a complete copy, written in black ink, and the commas and warning lines written in red ink, and some of the margins have comments, and the beginning of the letter is preceded by some quotes that fall on three pages, and in the right margin of the introduction page appear three endowment seals inside which reads (Waqf Kami Qabu Katkhuda Al-Haramain by Kitabkhana Makki 1290).

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... هذا على المشهور وأما على التحقيق فقد سبق أنه يجوز تقدير الخاص فيه عند وجود قرينة الخصوص فيجوز تقدير شيء يدل عليه الباء بحسب المعنى وقرينة المقام كالتلبس والتبرك والالتصاق والاستعانة وغير ذلك فيجوز أن يكون تقديرهم التلبس فيه مبنيا على التحقيق من غير التزام عموم المقدر نجز الرقيم وتم والله تعالى أعلم.
