A complete copy, including the third and fourth parts of the manuscript, where the third part begins with the chapter on selling and ends on folio (133), followed by the fourth part and begins with the chapter on leasing until the end of the footnote. It was written in black ink, and the word (saying) and some significant abbreviations and titles were written in red ink, and some of the footnotes have comments and corrections. The name of the author was inferred after interviewing this copy on another copy within the manuscripts of the library of the Prophet’s Mosque, which includes the second and third parts. The fourth is in one volume, with preservation number 217.2/23.

... قوله أخذا مما أخرجه إلخ ظاهره أنه راجع لقوله أول من قضى وليس كذلك بل حذف شيئا صرح به غيره وهو أن المختص بعلى القضاء في ما وقع بالفعل فلا ينافي أنه حصل منه صلى الله عليه وسلم الإخبار بحكمه من غير قضاء أخذا إلخ. وهذا ما يسر وقدر ومنتهى ما قرر وحرر لما وافق الكمال أوائل عام مائتين وألف رجوت الكريم المتين أن يكون من تجديد أمور الدين الوارد على رأس المئين وما ذلك على الله بعزيز وسلام على المرسلين والحمد لله رب العالمين كمل.
