Notes
The first page of the text is decorated at the top with a rectangle in the middle of which is written the name of the author. Above the rectangle is a border decorated with flowers and plants. External size: 30.1 x 19 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad and his family, all of them. The servant who supplicates to God Almighty says, with the strongest pretext, Ubaidullah Masoud bin Taj al-Sharia. His grandfather was happy, and his grandfather was successful. This is a solution. The closed places are to protect the novel from moisture and soil that did not affect the reading of the text. There are some corrections on them, many explanations, comments, and footnotes. They are replaced by the original text. The text was written in black ink. Some words, phrases, and warning lines are in red ink. Before the text is an index of the topics that were mentioned in the book. The copyist made a mistake in restoring the papers when he numbered the next folio to No. 109. Instead of placing No. 110, he wrote No. 120, and Folio 207 is part of a treatise explaining the types of projects and non-projects and explaining their meanings and rulings. He wrote the text inside tables in red and surrounded the tables with red borders. Copy: Hussein bin Himmat bin Sulaym bin Musa. End of the manuscript: We said that investigation should be done to ward off embarrassment and the markets of Muslims are not empty. Concerning stolen, usurped, and forbidden items, however, it is permissible to consume them based on what is most likely, and God knows best what is correct.
