The book is about the biography of the father of the author, Al-Mutawakkil on God, Yahya Sharaf Al-Din, who died in the year 965 AH. [Example 4/297] A good, complete copy, corresponding to the original from which it was copied, containing a tribute to Ahmad bin Yahya bin Al-Mufaddal in prose and poetry [folio 124b_125b] and another by Judge Sharaf al-Din al-Hussein Ibn Ahmad al-Haymi [died in the year 1221 AH as case 3/308] poetry, the first of which is, “He set off Al-Tarf in Riyadh Al-Suluk” ~ and tested the secret of its cast iron. He wrote the text in ink. Al-Aswad Al-Afsi in general, and the chapters of poverty, some chapter titles, demands in the footnotes, sentence breaks, etc., were written in red and green ink, on a European-made, white, satin embossed paper in which parallel lines and the commercial watermark appear. In the copy there are some possessions and readings from it. One possession was in the name of Al-Qasim bin Al-Hussein, Commander of the Faithful, another in the name of Abd Al-Wahhab bin Ali Al-Dalji, and another dating the book ((Thursday night, the holy month of Shaban, in the year one thousand and seventy, in which was the departure from the guarded Rada’ )) And another in the name of Ahmed bin Ahmed Al-Samadi Baksari by Mohsen Tamis in the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the year 1226 AH. A reading in the name of Nasser bin Ahmed Abdul Wali and another dated 1330 AH. But without a name, it contains six verses from Al-Buhturi’s poem about Al-Mu’tazz Billah Al-Abbasi while he was in the prison of Al-Musta’in Billah Al-Abbasi.
