The beginning of the manuscript: His saying: Surah Al-Naba' is also called the Question and the Presses. His saying: Meccan. The author of Al-Itqan said: I know that people in Mecca and Medina have three terms, the most famous of which are that the Meccan is what was revealed before the Hijrah and the Medina is what was revealed after it, whether it was revealed in Medina or in Mecca in the year of the conquest, or the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage, or a journey from the travels.... The end of the manuscript. Some commentators said: The first is a reference to the corruption of practical power, that is, they submit to all evils for lack of fear of the afterlife, and the second is to the corruption of theoretical power, meaning they were in denial about their statement of the truth and insisted on falsehood. So what is appropriate for these people is the great punishment to match the badness of their deeds, for any bad deed does not do it, then after this agreement.
