The first is amputated. This book consists of twenty-five chapters, of which the first chapter and part of the second chapter, which deals with syrups, the third on syrups, the fourth on jams, the fifth on pastes, the sixth on the work of footnotes, the seventh on sofus, the eighth on tablets, the ninth on impurities, the tenth on grains, the eleventh on excrements and their crushing, cooked laxatives, etc., and the twelfth through fifteenth on the laxatives, and the sixteenth on coatings and the seventeenth on Oral medicines, the eighteenth on tapes and astringents, the nineteenth on bandages, splints and plasters, the twentieth on replacing non-existent needs, the twenty-first on the names of individual medicines, the twenty-second on weights and measures, the twenty-third, the first chapter, I know best, may God grant you success, the twenty-fourth on how to take individual medicines, the twenty-fifth on the examination of compounded individual medicines. The text was written in bright, tangy black ink, while the types of medicines and warning signs are in red ink on tan paper. It has parallel lines and a watermark that is a circle with a palm tree inside it, from which fruits hang in the form of two triangles, a triangle on each side with its base facing down.
