The beginning of the manuscript: The author of Al-Hidayah said: The judge does not have the right to appoint a successor to the judiciary..\|\|Unless he is delegated to him, unlike the one commanded to hold the Friday prayer where he appoints a successor, because it is in honor of missing out..
