Notes	A complete, good copy, included in the collection (1B - 149B), written in black ink and some words in red ink, many sentences and words overlined by underwriting, the first two leaves decorated and framed, numbered with commentary, corrected, the first two pages from another manuscript on jurisprudence, the first an incomplete index, the first owned in the name of Judge Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz, dated 1347 AH. It has traces of moisture, some edges are eroded, old binding. It is clear from the manuscript that the book has 40 chapters, but in the book Al-Dhari’ah, he said: He arranged it into thirty chapters, although someone erased the number of chapters in the text and wrote forty in the margin.
