Then know, may God Almighty grant you and us success, that what is obligatory for the servant in charge is first to believe in God Almighty that He alone has no partner or equal, and He is the Creator of creation, their Sustainer, and their Preserver... Then he must be obliged to the provisions of Islam of prayer, zakat, fasting, and Hajj.
