Notes	A complete copy, corrected and contrasted, with comments, the last of which is hearing in the year 735 AH. The first four pages are attached with a handwriting and paper that is different from the original. It seems that the one who completed it was its owner, Yusuf bin al-Sayyid Hussein al-Husseini al-Hanafi, owner of one of the hearing speakers at the end of the book in the year 1135 AH. He wrote the rest of the text in black ink, and the word (hadithna) was written at the beginning of the hadiths in red ink. It is part of Abu Dharr’s narration.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	باب الجزية والموادعة مع أهل الذمة والحرب، وقول الله تعالى : { قاتلوا الذين لا يؤمنون بالله ولا باليوم الآخر ولا يحرمون ما حرم الله ورسوله ولا يدينون دين الحق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب حتى يعطوا الجزية عن يد وهم صاغرون } يعني أذلاء . والمسكنة مصدر المسكين ، أسكن من فلان : أحوج منه ، ولم يذهب إلى السكون . ما جاء فى أخذ الجزية من اليهود والنصارى والمجوس والعجم .
