Notes
25 x 17.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: ... Surat Al-A’raf is Meccan except for eight verses. And I ask them, “And when We have perfected the mountain, all of it is secure.” And it was said, “Surely, turn away from the ignorant.” Spots and light insect infestations. All the leaves are braided in red. The Qur’anic verses and the names of the surahs are written in red ink. All the leaves are separated from each other and the bindings are disassembled. The part begins with Surat Al-A’raf and ends with Surat Al-Kahf. Copied by: Youssef Omar Al-Tanbouli. End of the manuscript: Whoever reads Al-Kahf from the end will have light from his neck to his foot, and whoever reads it all of it will have light from the earth to the sky, and God knows best.
