This copy was in the possession of Khair al-Din al-Zirkali, and his signature and seal appear on the front. He mentioned in his famous book (Al-A’lam) that this copy of ours was in its author’s handwriting.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	ولا تجزىء القيمة في شيء من الكفارات، خلافاً للحنفيّة. والله سبحانه وتعالى أعلم. وهذا ما تيسر جمعه، والحمد لله تعالى.... وكان الفراغ من نسخها على يد مؤلفها [ الحقير ] أبي الفلاح عبد الحي بن أحمد بن محمد. ابن العماد الحنبلي. غفر الله له ولم دعا له بخير، في نهار الثلاثاء تاسع عشرى شوال المنور، من شهور سنة ست وسبعين وألف. أحسن الله ختامها 1076.
