The titles of the topics and the word (his saying) were written in bold black ink, some of its words were written in red ink, and some of the margins have comments and corrections. At the beginning of the copy is a half-page excerpt and an index of contents. The title page appears with a stop sign and a stamp with the name Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina, in the year 1320 AH. The end of the copy was severely damaged, causing parts of the text to be lost. The latest version is a message explaining the authority of the consensus of the people of Medina, but most of it has been eroded.
