Notes
The first page of it is different from the following ones in terms of paper, ink, and handwriting. It seems that it was missing from the book and was added later. Likewise, the pages from folios 180-209 are different in their handwriting and the newness of their paper. They also have red ink combined with black in some words, and red lines are placed under some words. Despite the recent restoration of the manuscript, the ground affected some of the words, erasing some of their letters. I put dividers between the verses of poetry in red ink. 23 x 17 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has drawn in the pages of artifacts the divisions of evidence and differentiated, by virtue of the clear verses, between truth and falsehood. The Sheikh said.. Abu Al-Irshad Ali Al-Ajhouri Al-Maliki. Several places in the book were copied: Ali bin Abdul-Ghani bin Ali, the Mufti. The end of the manuscript: Abu Yusuf, the companion of Imam Abu Hanifa, attended Harun al-Rashid’s table and asked for spoons. He said to him, “O Commander of the Faithful, your grandfather Ibn Abbas said in the Almighty’s saying, ‘And We have honored the sons of Adam’, that is, We gave him fingers with which to eat and did not make them like animals that eat with their mouths. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.. This footnote is completed.
