23.4 x 17.7 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: His paternal aunt’s daughter, and he has a son from her. So she inherits him in terms of him being the son of her daughter’s daughter, not in terms of him being the son of her son’s son. A slight dampness did not affect the text. It has many explanations, footnotes, comments, and quotes. From similar sources with some restrictions and many corrections that replaced their originals. The titles of the chapters and chapters and the annotated text were written in red ink, and the rest of the explanations in black ink. The manuscript is incomplete from the beginning with a very slight defect as it begins in the Book of Obligations. Some of the margins were filled with explanations and footnotes.
