Its land is 26.4 x 19.9 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the Eternal, the One, bestowed with masterpieces of blessings and benefits, the bestower of connections and returns. Praise be to Him and to Him be grace and longevity. As for what follows, since the biography of our Master, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his convoys and envoys, is known only to a few in our town... the first two pages were tabulated in red and green ink, and the text’s phrases and pronunciation were written. (His saying) referred to in the text in red ink. He has to list it at the end of the manuscript: His saying, “Yes,” is with the opening of the hamza, the “jim,” and the sukkan of the lam, and it is an answer like “yam.” Al-Akhfash said, “But I am better than Nayam in assenting, and Nayam is better than him in questioning, and God Almighty knows best.”
