Notes	A copy with the other cut off and lacking, falls within a collection whose pages were torn apart and reassembled in an inconsistent manner, which harmed the book’s arrangement and led to its pages overlapping with the other books that were its partners in the collection. This also led to the loss of part of the text in each of the four books. The rest of the text was written in black ink inside tables whose lines were written in red ink. Some chapters were written in blue ink, some in blue, and some in green, and the paragraph heads within the chapters were written in red ink.
