May God grant me great lengths from the sea of gratitude to write a treatise on the ruling on selling an orphan’s property, dripping with the sides of papers with corrections on them. There are many restrictions in the manuscript in the footnotes from similar books. In paper (1a) a tribute written by Ibrahim al-Bitar, the bulk of the letter was apparently omitted. It contains many explanations in the footnotes. The end of the manuscript: The minimum of recitation is Isma`a ad.
