Notes	A good copy corresponding to the original from which it was copied, complete, except that one leaf from the beginning fell off, so Mutalik added it in the year 990 AH in a different handwriting and on another typeface. The text was written in black, faded black ink in general. The copyist used red ink to write the headings of paragraphs and the names of readers in the text and in the footnotes. One of the owners used yellow ink to mark some of the names of classes and words, and sometimes some letters here and there in the text without clear intent, on a brown, Eastern typeface. Levantine-made satin. It was made from cotton and flax plants. The copy was owned by Yahya bin Mazhar al-Ansari in Damascus in the year 990 AH. He was the one who completed the first dropped leaf with his handwriting and wrote in the footnote of folio 155b when translating ((Muhammad bin Abdul Khaliq bin Mazhar al-Ansari)) the text: ((The above-mentioned Ibn Mazhar is the great-grandfather of the poor Yahya bin Yahya bin Mazhar al-Ansari from Cairo, born and raised, and Damascus). My father died at the beginning of Dhu al-Hijjah in the year nineteen hundred and nineteen of the Prophet’s Hijra, and I was born on the tenth of Muharram in the year nine hundred and twenty in Cairo, Al-Mu’aziyya.) The copy was also owned by Abdullah bin Zain al-Din al-Basrawi. Its pages are disassembled and separated from each other, so they need re-binding and maintenance.
