The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who, with His utmost care, established the foundations of the legal rulings, built the structure, and completed, by the end of His protection, the branches of the Hanafi religion with high branches..... Severe wetness affected some of the footnotes. The footnotes of the manuscript are full of explanations and clarifications. It has some restrictions in the footnotes, and we say from similar books that were met with the original, the manuscript’s documents were disassembled. The topics of the book were written in red, and I also indicated with a red line under the phrases that were explained in the margin, and the rest of the text was written in black, missing the end of the manuscript: If it does not harm him, he may build his shade in the air of the road if it does not harm him, but if he disputes before building, he is prohibited from doing so, and after it, similar things are demolished in the book of division.
