It is a footnote to the explanation of Shams al-Din Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Qasim al-Arabi (d. 918 AH), called Fath al-Qarib al-Mujib in the explanation of the words of approximation, and the last is an explanation on the text of Abu Shuja` Ahmad bin al-Hussein (533-593 AH), called al-Taqrib or the purpose of brevity in jurisprudence according to the doctrine of Imam al-Shafi’i. |
