And after that, this is an explanation of Al-Qadduri’s summary, which I compiled with brief words and apparent phrases. It includes many meanings and memorizations.. I called it the Bright Jewel.. There are some corrections. There are some footnotes and comments. There is a double tabulation in red. There is decoration and gilding on the first sheet. Moisture and earth affected Upon reading the text in some papers, I was met with another copy. The text was written in black ink, the text in red, and the booklets were disjointed and incoherent. There is a shortage between Q 139-145. There is an index of the contents of the book at the beginning and end of the manuscript: If one-third is dropped from the husband’s share, which is twenty-three, which is two-seven-thirds, then fifteen and a third remain, which is his share of the estate, and so on for every heir, and God Almighty knows what is correct.
